Thank you for your interest in making The Black Brimmer a part of your special occasion.  We offer a variety of ways in which to accommodate you and your guests.  Our newly renovated function room on the lower level provides privacy, friendly service, and a fully stocked bar for groups of up to 100 people.  Smaller parties (15-25 people or so) may wish to enjoy the atmosphere of our main dining area, while taking advantage of our fresh new banquet menu.  We offer a large array of APPETIZER trays; and you may either design a DINNER BUFFET, or make selections from our plated DINNER ENTRÉE menu.

The following menu is designed to please a wide variety of tastes.  If you have a special request, our banquet coordinator would be happy to work with you.  With advance notice, our chef can address any of your concerns, and create a custom menu all of your guests are sure to enjoy.

We provide complete bar service for all of our events.  You may opt for and open bar or a cash bar.  You may indulge your guests by offering a “Wine Bar” featuring selections of premium red and white wines; or perhaps engage in a champagne toast.  We stock over two dozen varieties of draught and bottled beers, and of course offer a selection of non-alcoholic beverages as well.

Our facility is fully accessible, with an elevator to the lower level, and a private restroom. You may request to have a Non-Smoking event. We are able to provide additional services such as podium use and rental of additional  audio/visual equipment. (fees apply) There is music available for your guests to enjoy.  However, if you elect to bring in your own music (for use in our function room) those arrangements may be made in advance.
